CM 2025-2026 Performance Video Upload Instructions
1. Accessing the Application
- Teachers: Log in at mtac.org, select “Students” to view your roster, and click on a student’s specific CM application.
- Parents/Students: Log in to your portal, go to “Student Info,” and select the relevant CM application under “Current Applications”.
- Navigation: Click on the “Repertoire Details” tab. Note that repertoire must be entered before the upload button will appear.
2. Uploading Performance Videos
In the same “Upload” area, use the “Browse” button under the recording section.
- File Type: This must be a video file.
- File Size: The maximum limit is 100 MB.
- Finalizing: Check the box confirming no photocopies were used during the recording, then click “Save” at the bottom.
- Completion: Wait for the progress bar to hit 100%, then click “Done”
3. Final Media Verification
Once all items (Repertoire, Sight Reading, and Technique) are uploaded, a final step is required:
- Navigate to the “Online Testing/Media Details” tab.
- Check the “Media Verification” box to confirm all files are correct and viewable.
- Note: If you update a file after checking this box, you must re-check it to re-verify the application.
