Xiaohe(Leo) Liu

Xiaohe “Leo” began his studies at the Xian Conservatory in China at the age of 5. During which, he won many major piano competitions such as Steinway International Youth Piano Competition China Grand Final, Kawai Asia Piano Competition, Yamaha Scholarship Piano Competition, and Seier&Smack Piano Competition, Silk Road Xi’an International Piano Festival and Imola Summer Piano Academy and Festival International Competition. He was invited in 2016 to perform a solo recital as part of the opening of the BOLZANO BOZAN Piano festival in Italy.

At the age of 14, he debuted with the Xi’an Conservatory Orchestra and performs solo and chamber music in Asia, Europe and North America. He had his Carnegie Hall debut in 2023 after winning first prize of the Concert Artist International Competition. He is also a silver prize winner of the Virtuoso International Music Competition in UK. He holds a BMus from the Boston Conservatory.
