CM 2025-2026 Sheet Music Upload Instructions

1. Accessing the Application

  • Teachers: Log in at mtac.org, select “Students” to view your roster, and click on a student’s specific CM application.
  • Parents/Students: Log in to your portal, go to “Student Info,’

the relevant CM application under “Current Applications”.

2. Uploading Sheet Music

Click the Upload icon next to the specific piece to reach the media upload page.

  • Format: Only one PDF file is allowed per piece.
  • Requirements:
  • Include the book cover in the PDF.
  • Ensure all pages are in the correct order.
  • All music must be clearly visible and measures must be numbered.
